A warm and friendly location for the whole family.
You will find us located in Kolbnitz in lower Mölltal at 1,100m above sea level. We invite you to relax, switch off from your daily routine and let us look after you for the duration of your stay. Enjoy peace and tranquility at our south facing pension with amazing views. Taste the delicious home-made products from our farm.

We are a family run business and invite our guests to feel part of our family too. If you want, you can collect your own breakfast egg from the chickens in the morning.

The man of the house is a hunter and when luck prevails, he provides us with delicious local fare.
Our very own distilled apple and pear schnapps are stored in oak barrels.

There are plenty of areas in and around our pension to relax and chill out.
Our backyard invites the kids to play and roam around, we have a children's play area with a swingset and a sandpit. Our chickens, cats and rabbits love when our guests arrive and especially love to play and be cuddled.
Our chickens provide us with fresh eggs.
Our cat Simba is always ready and available to play.
Our rabbit Maxi makes sure everything is under control and enjoys being cuddled.
If you are interested you can even help us in the barn!

- Prices per person per day in EURO including all fees. The local tax is included in our price.
- Child reductions available according to age and sharing a room with parents.
- Cots are available on request at no extra cost.
- Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement with the hosts.

Platzerhütte
Our mountain chalet is available on a self catering basis. It is located 1,560m above sea level in the peaceful, sunny “Reisseck” area with fantastic views over the mountains.
The Platzerhütte is available to rent from mid April to end of October.
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday at what was once upon a time a cheese making chalet. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the fresh mountain air. Our cows graze happily all summer long in the fields and mountains surrounding the chalet.
Our chalet is easy to reach by car and has plenty of parking area.
2 separate apartments each with 5 beds (2 double rooms and 1 single), kitchen with wood burning stove, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, shower room with WC – perfectly suitable for 2 families. Please bring your own sheets and bedding or alternatively you can rent bedding from Pension Platzer, cost: €7,00 per bed.
There is a large spacious terrace with plenty of areas to sit and even barbeque with breathtaking views of the “Kreuzeck” area. It really is a beautiful location to spend time with family and friends. There are plenty of well marked hiking trails to explore from the Platzerhütte. The nearby Zandlacher hut is a good tip to visit.
